From ECS e-Connection: New study on high schools The
recently formed National Alliance on the American High School has released
a report examining trends and assumptions in state HIGH SCHOOL education
policy. The report finds that, despite years of education reform, high
schools have remained relatively unchanged. Policymakers should devote
more attention to innovative secondary education approaches, the report
